about

Stephen Huss would have been 50 years old on August 19, 2017.

This final album of material from recording sessions between 2009, and just before he left this world in the summer of 2015 has been carefully curated, and mastered by his brother Darrin to celebrate his legacy as a the true musical wizard that he was.

While creating the backbone of Psyche's existence with such songs as "The Brain Collapses", "Unveiling The Secret", "The Saint Became A Lush", "Eternal", "Uncivilized" and many more, Stephen was always searching for new soundscapes in synth, and even later with his guitar playing which he initially rejected in the 80s because of all the cheap power chords being played.

A fan of Tangerine Dream, and Jean Michel Jarre, while also embracing the blues, and the meshing of electronics and garage rock by Chrome, as well as even ZZ Top. This album presents us with the many audio variations within Stephen's "Life Force".
